Brooklyn Boulders is community first. It’s a haven for individuals obsessed with fitness,arts, and culture. To understand the needs of the target audiences, Elysian created unique user profiles to represent the range of BKB membership. This painted a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs, and wants.

Elysian’s Chief Strategist, Brandon Dey, sat with BKB’s Marketing Director Kayci Baldwin to assemble the brand’s digital strategy for 2019. Over the course of several sessions, Brandon and Kayci prioritized the needs and goals of the business, and the pain points of its target markets. This became the foundation for the creative refresh and marketing strategy for the bulk of 2019.
